These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made on vitalwater.co, and is applicable in all cases where no particular exceptions have been made between the buyer and vitalwater.co
vitalwater.co ships worldwide.
Goods are considered delivered once received by customer and tracking number confirms delivery to address given at checkout, trackable by shipping provider.
We process orders daily and guarantee shipping within 12 business days for domestic orders.
Within 12 business days for domestic orders. International delivery times may vary and depend on the receiving location’s delivery service. vitalwater.co uses UPS for shipping and follows their opening hours.
vitalwater.co offers free delivery within the USA.
Additional costs apply for international deliveries. Please refer to the shipping calculator at check-out for the exact rates. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [email protected] for shipping inquiries and we can arrange for shipping via e-mail.
At vitalwater.co you can pay by credit card, Apple pay, through your PayPal account or with Crypto currencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum.

Returns & Exchange
We practice a 120-day money back guarantee on the quality and workmanship of Vital Water Co., starting from the day your goods are shipped from the factory.
If you would like to return a purchase, please notify us by email [email protected] and we will send a return form to be completed and shipped with your returns.
Returned goods must be returned together with a return form within 120 days from when the parcel is delivered to the customer via tracking number.
The returned items must be returned in the same conditions as when delivered. Tags and any packaging must be intact.
Returned goods must be packaged well, in the same form of wrapping/packaging as when received. If the goods were delivered in a box to protect the merchandise it must also be returned in a box. Products with visible signs of wear or in poor packaging will not be accepted. Vital Water Co. cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost during shipping returns, we recommend using a shipping alternative that offers tracking. Return postage must be covered by the customer.
If you are returning goods due to faulty or incorrect items, Vital Water Co. will cover shipping within the USA. Contact us and we will send a return voucher.
